Tow Out Surfing at Pasta Point. In 2017 Atoll Adventures have been trialling a jet ski “tow out” technique for the few hours on those days when the in-running current is very strong.
Operating a rotation of four – six surfers per one hour session the wave count for a trip is much improved through scoring uncrowded waves during a current period when previously most were watching.
A top of the range Yamaha FX jet ski has been acquired for Tow Out Surfing and the Atoll Adventures staff trained by WSL contest jet ski operator Glyndyn Ringrose.
